It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Helen, on Saturday September 21st, 2024. She was the loving wife of 43 years to Jacqueline Larouche. She will be sadly missed by her fur baby and therapy dogs Molly and Boo (predeceased). Helen is predeceased by her brothers Larry, Tom, Bob and her twin brother John. She will be sadly missed by her brothers and sister in-laws, nephews & nieces and great friends Doris Stewart and Sue Lapointe. Helen was highly involved in golf. She was the president of NOLGA and was on Golf Rules for many years. During her spare time, you could find her out on the lake fishing. She will be sadly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
As we take leave of Helen, give our hearts peace. To the earth we give the body of our loved one. Her life made its contribution. We are glad that she was among us and walked in our company. Her life we honour, and her memory will always be part of us. We leave her here in peace and go our way in continuing concern and affection for one another.
As per her wishes, there will be no visitation or service. Cremation has taken place.
Thanks to Dr. O’Grady and Staff, Nurses,PSW’s that took good care of her at home and during her stay at the hospital NBRHC.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the North Bay Humane Society will be gratefully acknowledged by her family.
