CAREY, Bonnie Dawn (nee Bosak) – Passed away peacefully on Monday October 2, 2023 at the age of 69. Bonnie is now free of pain from cancer that spread throughout her body. She leaves behind her husband and best friend of 38 years, Danny, and her son Matthew ‘Sheepy’ Carey. Predeceased by her mother Margo Van Anstine and her brother Danny Bosak. Bonnie was a window designer for Reitmans stores, Niagara Falls Brewing Co. and Queenston Lewiston Duty Free store. She was also a very talented painter and photographer. Bonnie was remembered by all who met her over the years, she was a friend to all who knew her, and she loved cooking and feeding everyone. Thank you to niece Joann Carey and Bonnie’s cousin Bonnie Bosak for all of the above and beyond care they gave to Bonnie each and every day. We couldn’t have made it without you. Also thank you to the nurses and doctors at the hospital in Port Colborne and the Fort Erie hospital for the care and dignity you provided her during her final days. God bless each and every one of you. Rest in peace Bons, my wife, my partner; your loving husband and your two buddies Starr and Lily Grace. Cremation has taken place.
