ORSINI, Anna ‘Josephine’ (nee Vetrone) – Passed away peacefully at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Saturday November 2, 2024 at the age of 89. Beloved wife of 70 years to Severino. Devoted mother of Rosanna (late Dave 2011) Pickett and Silvana Orsini. Loving nonna of Riley (Carlie) Pickett and Aleksander Orsini. Cherished bisnonna of Raya Josephine Pickett. She is survived by her sisters Mary (late Sam) Multari, Carmella (Vince) DiLibero, brother Rito Vetrone and brothers-in-law Jerry (late Gilda) Orsini, Joe (Maria) Orsini and Gus (Anna) Orsini. Anna will be lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Antonio and Filomena (Nave) Vetrone and sister Nicoletta(Stan) DiCosimo. Anna was a kind gentle woman, who cherished her family especially her grandchildren. She was a devout Catholic and enjoyed attending aquafit classes with her good friends. Nothing made Anna happier than being surrounded by family and friends. Friends are invited to join the family at the PATTERSON FUNERAL HOME, 6062 Main St. Niagara Falls, visiting Tuesday November 5, 2024 from 1 to 4 pm and 6 to 9 pm. Vigil prayers will be held at 3:45 at the funeral home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated Wednesday November 6, 2024 at 10:30 am at St. Thomas More Church, with the Rite of Entombment to follow at Fairview Mausoleum.
