SAVOIE, Joseph Aldoria ‘Al’ – Passed away peacefully, with family by his side, at the Greater Niagara General Hospital on Thursday November 2, 2023 at the age of 74. Beloved brother of Bob (Gerarda) Savoie, Annette Hobson, Roger (Linda) Savoy, Roy (Betty-Ann) Savoy, Kathleen Brown, Pollyanne (James) Bell and Angela Savoie-March. Predeceased by his parents Stanley and Emile Savoie, siblings Yvette Savoie, Shirley Savoie, Theo Savoie, Gaetane Savoie and brothers-in-law Anthony Hobson and Chris Brown. He will be deeply missed by many nieces and nephews. Al will be remembered for how funny and mischievous he was, with his favourite saying being ‘Ahhh, geez!’. He loved to entertain, enjoyed music and scratch tickets. Heaven has gained a comedian angel. Cremation has taken place. A private Rite of Committal will take place at Fairview Cemetery, with a Celebration of Life to be held at a later date.
