Linhares, Paulo Joao
Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre, in Newmarket, on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 59 years of age after a courageous battle with cancer. Survived by his loving wife, Virginia Ferreira-Linhares, he will be deeply missed by his family in Canada, Portugal, and Brazil. A warm thank you to all the doctors and nurses at Southlake for their care and compassion. Friends may call at the Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main Street South, Newmarket for visitation on Thursday, October 19, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. A funeral service will be held at Roadhouse & Rose Funeral Home, 157 Main St S Newmarket, on Friday, October 20, at 3:00 pm. All are welcome to join the family for a reception following the funeral service. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
