Obituary of Malcolm Courtenay Yearwood
Peacefully, with family by his side, Malcolm Courtenay Yearwood, of Arima, Trinidad, who resided in his last years in Mount Brydges, passed away at Strathroy Middle General Hospital, on July 1st, 2024, in his 87th year.
Loving father of Giselle Donaldson (Phill), Shaka Abdul-Rashid, Gabby Yearwood (Amy), Camille Andrews. Lovingly remembered by his siblings Gloria Woodman, Lennox Yearwood (Judy) and Cousin Pete.
Cherished grand father of Tasha (Ryan), Naomi, Muhammad, Yasmeen, Mariam, Bibi, Zora and Brandon.
Beloved Uncle to June, Karen, Courtney, Ricky, Colin, Cicely, Charmaine, Cheryll-Ann, Lennox Junior and Jay Simon
Sadly, missed by many more family and friends from Trinidad, the U.S and Canada.
Predeceased by his parents Edith and Kenneth Yearwood, and brother Leon, brother-in-law Cecil and nephews David and Charlton.
The family would like to extend our deepest gratitude to the staff of Strathroy Emergency, 2 South and ICU Departments for their care and compassion to our beloved Malcolm.
Family will receive friends at the Elliott-Madill Funeral Home, (22424 Adelaide Road), Mount Brydges on Saturday, July 6th, 2024, at 11am-1pm, Funeral Service to follow at 1pm. Cremation to follow.
Family and Friends are invited to join us for a luncheon after the service.
