Eileen is also survived by her sisters-in-law, Helen Mungham, Clare Mungham, Carolyn Mungham, and many nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews. Eileen always stayed close to her large family and it remained an important part of her life, donating a kidney to her sister Sheila in 2004.
There will be a private ceremony for family where her cremated remains will be interned at St. John the Evangelist Roman Catholic Church in Enniskerry, Ontario.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in her memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation and the Kidney Foundation of Canada.
