In Loving Memory of Roderick “Rod” William Davidson
Passed away peacefully at the Haliburton Hospital on Saturday, September 14, 2024 at the age of 88.
Beloved husband of the late Catharine (nee Estabrooks)(1990). Dear father of Peter and his wife the late Rhonda (2024), grandfather of Dean (Nikki), Kandie (Randy), great grandfather of Sarah, Emma, Jack, Barrett, and brother of Allan (Amherst, NS). Rod is predeceased by his parents Blair and Helen (nee Bourque) Davidson, by his brother Charles, and by his sisters Margaret and Catherine. Fondly remembered by his close friends Walter and Valerie Griffin, Linde Totz and family, and also by his nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
In keeping with Rod’s wishes, a graveside service and interment will be held at the Gelert Cemetery on Friday, September 20, 2024 at 2:00 pm.
