Peacefully at Winchester Hospital on Wednesday May 8 2024 Cora Heuvelmans at her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Peter Heuvelmans. Loving mother of Frank (Paddy), Neal (Elise), Janet (Ross Mitchell) and Peter. Proud Oma of Greg (Josee), Tony (Laurie), Melanie (Eric), Lori (Johnny), Elliott (Krista), Blair (Allisa), Alexis (Paul), Jordan, Kaitlyn (Daniel), Matthew and Over-Oma Tucker, Sadie, Emily, Annabelle, Tristan, Logan, Connor, Sarah, Madelien, Gracie and Darcy. Fondly remembered by extended family and friends in Canada and the Netherlands. Always waving at people passing her window, enjoying her view. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects at the Daley Family Funeral Home, 6971 Bank St. on Friday May 17 for a funeral service in the Chapel at 11am. Following a private Interment the family invites you to join them to Celebrate Cora’s life in the Reception Room from 1-3 pm. The family would like to thank the staff of Winchester District Hospital for their professional and sensitive care of mom. In lieu of flowers donations made to Winchester District Memorial Hospital or the University of Ottawa Heart Institute would be appreciated.
