Obituary of Charles Frederick Fletcher
With great sadness we announce the passing of Charles on September 19, 2024 at the age of 72. Charles is survived by his wife and best friend of 50 years, Judy. Beloved father of the late Christine (Surinder), Sean (Kristen) and Scott (Kaisa). Proud Grandpa of 5 wonderful grandchildren Suri, Jora, Colton, Tara and Addison. Charlie loved life and cherished his time with family and friends. Some of his best memories are at the family cottage in Haliburton where Charlie and Judy enjoyed numerous summers. Charlie was distinguished and respected at Toronto Hydro where he had a long successful career of 35 years. Charlie was a husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend, coach and he will be dearly missed by all who knew him. Family and friends will be received at Dixon Garland Funeral Home in Markham on Thursday October 3, 2024 from 1:00-3:00pm and 6:00-9:00pm. Memorial service to take place Friday October 4, 2024 at 11:00am. For those who wish, donations may be made to UHN Foundation or the Canadian Lung Association
