God called Antonietta peacefully on October 16th, 2024, at the age of 89. Antonietta is reunited in heaven with her beloved husband, Aldo. Cherished by her dear children, John (Carmela), Giuliana (Victor), and Luciano (Trudy). Proud Nonna to Christina (Robert), Stephanie (Daniel), Victoria (Daniel), Vanessa (Michael), and Julian (Sabrina). Adoring great grandmother to Matteo, Alessio, Emma, Gianluca, and Gabriel. Antonietta will always be remembered by her brothers and sister Fausto, Adelfina, and Franco. Reunited in heaven with her loving brothers Flavio and Angelo. Antonietta will be deeply missed and will always be remembered for her love of cooking her pizzelli, gnocchi and many of her other famous dishes. She always welcomed visitors with a glass of wine and ready to whip up a meal. She will be held dear in the hearts of her family, relatives, and many friends. If so desired, donations in memory of Antonietta may be made to the Alzheimers Society.
Visitations will take place at the Vescio Funeral Home Woodbridge Chapel (8101 Weston Rd. 905-850-3332) on Sunday, October 20th, 2024, from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.
The Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday, October 21st, 2024, at 11:30 a.m. at St. David’s Roman Catholic Church. (2601 Major Mackenzie Dr., east of Jane St.). Entombment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery (on Jane St, north of Steeles Ave.)
