Obituary of Kirk John Schofield
Kirk John Schofield, of Milverton, passed away peacefully at London’s Parkwood Institute on Thursday, October 12, 2023, at the age of 52.
Beloved son of Alice Purton, and brother to Monica (Perry) Iacobellis, Dennis Schofield, and the late Michael Schofield, Kirk will be deeply missed. He will always be fondly remembered by his niece, Danielle, her husband Joe Lepore, and their children, Alice (Logan Smith and Charlie) and Cody Morgan, and Joseph and Michael Lepore.
Kirk found his life’s purpose in farming and has spent many years working with the Diehl family on their Milverton farm. Adam, Eric and Sue, Robert and Elizabeth Diehl were Kirk’s family in spirit also.
We will remember this gentle soul for his kindness, generosity, and humour. He was a wonderful listener, gave wise advice, and loved music and the animals of the world.
At Kirk’s request, no visitation will be held and cremation will take place. As expressions of condolence, donations may be directed to the Canadian Cancer Society, or the Parkwood Institute of London.
