January 12, 1969 – September 23, 2023
Jeff passed away suddenly in London in his 55th year. He will be missed by his daughter Mina Hammond, mom Jane Fleet (Eugene), sisters Jody MacGinnis (Steven) and Meredith Webster (Christian) and as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brother Jason (1988), father Lloyd (2023) and son Joseph Hammond (2019).
As per Jeff’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
Family, friends and neighbours are invited to attend a celebration of life at the Evans Funeral Home (648 Hamilton Road) on Saturday, October 7, 2023 from 2:00 – 4:00 p.m.
Those who wish to make a donation are asked to consider Mission Services London.

A tree will be planted, by the Evans Funeral Home, as a living memorial to Jeff MacGinnis.
