Obituary of Chester T. Hulanicki
Chester (Czeslaw) Hulanicki,
Unexpectedly, while on a cruise near Budapest, Hungary, on Sunday, October 1, 2023, Chester Ted Hulanicki of Komoka, Ontario after just celebrating his 68th birthday. Beloved partner of Bonny Foster for 26 years. Dear son of Bronislawa (Bernice) and the late Teodor (Ted) Hulanicki (2008). Loving brother of Danuta and David Shore, Halina and David Lockyer and the late Edward Hulanicki (2010) and Sherry Douglas. Very special Uncle of Lisa and Shawn Turner and Laura and Brian Somes and the late James Adam Shore (1985). Lovingly missed by Bonny’s mother Dorothy Smith and Bonny’s sons Kevin and Andrea Foster, their children Matthew and Amara and Andrew and David Foster and Jessica Lunn. Loved by his great-nephews Westley, William and Owen Turner and Braiden Somes. Chester is also survived by many relatives in Poland, Canada, and Kentucky. Family and friends may visit at the McFarlane & Roberts Funeral Home, 2240 Wharncliffe Road South, London, Ontario (519) 652-2020 on Thursday, October 19, 2023, from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. where the celebration of Chester’s life will be held on Friday, October 20, 2023, at 1:00 pm. Father Tim Harrison officiating. A private interment will follow at the Shedden Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation, 1200-2300 Yonge Street, Box 2414, Toronto, ON M4P 1E4 or Diabetes Canada, 1300-522 University Avenue, Toronto, Ontario M5G 2R5 gratefully acknowledged.
