Lawrence entered into rest in his 96th year peacefully at Ross Memorial Hospital.
Predeceased (June 2022), by his wife of over sixty years (Eleanor), remembered by daughter Catherine (and Gord), son Calvin (and Anne), grand children Michael (Erin), Laura (Dave), Trevor, Elizabeth, Philip and great grand children Levi, Ashton, Lyla, Sawyer, Talia and Gwen.
While proud of his Victoria County rural roots, fond of all things mechanical and committed to community service, Lawrence also enjoyed his passion for the outdoors at the wheel of an RV, in his gardens, and on the deck with family and friends.
A private family burial at Pleasant Point Cemetery (Little Britain) will be held at a future date. Family is very grateful for the exceptional care provided by the geriatric and palliative nursing staff at Ross Memorial Hospital. Donations made to the Ross Memorial Hospital Foundation foundation.rmh.org/ or to a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
