Cindy Stella Margarite Kilfoyle (McIsaac), 63, of Kemptville, Ontario, passed away on Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at the Winchester District Memorial Hospital after a hard fought battle with cancer with her husband and daughter by her side. She was born May 29, 1961 in Toronto, Ontario to the late William J. McIsaac and Wilma McIsaac (Fogal). Beloved wife of 42 years to Steven Kilfoyle and loving mother of Nicolle Kilfoyle. Sister of William “Sonny” McIsaac of Toronto, Ontario, Heather McIsaac (Theresa Adams) of Lower Sackville and the late John “Danny” McIsaac (Shelly McIsaac (nee Ryan)) of Keswick.
Cindy was a military wife who spent 27 years traveling and moving across Canada with her husband Steven. In 2005 they left the military nomad life and settled in the Kemptville area, where she embarked on a career as a school bus driver, retiring in 2013. She loved the job and the kids in her care. She cherished the chance to drive Nicolle to school for most of her school years. She was very proud of Nicolle for the woman she has become. Cindy was always willing and happy to lend a hand, or an ear, to those in need. She will be sadly missed and was greatly loved by the ones she touched in her life.
At Cindy’s request no funeral service will be held.
