With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Lucille Klad, our cherished Mother and Grandma and the backbone of our family.
Pre-deceased by her parents Romeo Sr. and Blanche Delangis and the love of her life, husband Klaas Klad.
Survived and cherished by her children Linda (John) Miller, Dianne (Paul) Garniss and Karen (Mark) Kurpe.
Beloved Grandma to Mike (Kristine), Sherry, Melissa (Abelardo), Tammy (Steve), Katie, Joel (Rachel), Jacob, Hannah (Edward), and Great-Gram to Nikko, Sarah and Emiko.
Loving sister, pre-deceased by her siblings Romeo Jr. and Claudette and survived by youngest brother Henry (Sue) and many nieces and nephews near and far.
We will miss her beyond words but find comfort knowing she is reunited once again with Klaas, her husband and best friend.
Visitation will take place at Bay Gardens Funeral Home, 947 Rymal Road East, Hamilton, on Wednesday September 4, from 12 p.m. till 1 p.m. A funeral service to follow at Bay Gardens Funeral Home Chapel at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, Lucille would have appreciated donations to St. Peter’s hospital.
