In Loving Memory of Jacqueline Susan Pearce
Beloved spouse of Bob Pearce, passed away peacefully at the Dr. Bob Kemp Hospice in Hamilton.
Jackie will be deeply missed by her four children: Richard Hill (Kathi), John Hill, Susan Moreau (Michel), and Donna Court (Terry). She was a proud and loving grandmother to five grandchildren and great-grandmother to four great-grandchildren. Jackie also embraced Bob’s son, Sean Pearce (Tammy), along with their children and grandchildren. Her family was her pride and joy, and she cherished every moment spent with them.
Jackie had a lifelong love for animals, She was also an avid swimmer, earning her Bronze Medallion in her youth and continuing to enjoy swimming throughout her life. Jackie loved music, dancing, and the simple pleasures of being surrounded by family and friends.
She is now reunited with her parents, Jack and Mary Walker, and her sister, Donna Black. Her kind and loving spirit will be dearly missed by all who knew her, and her legacy of love, care, and generosity will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
A graduate of nursing, Jackie was a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse, cherished by her colleagues and patients alike. She dedicated her life to helping others and was also a devoted soldier of the Salvation Army Meadowlands, where she and Bob found deep community and friendship.
Her family extends special thanks to Major Bev Smith,(Dr.} Salvation Army and the compassionate staff at Bob Kemp Hospice for their exceptional care.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Salvation Army Meadowlands, 187 Stone Church Road West, Ancaster, ON, on Saturday, September 28, at 11 a.m., with a reception to follow.
