It is with profound sadness that the family announces the passing of Catey on September 30, 2024 at the Juravinski Hospital at the young age of 55. Loving wife of Stephen. Bonus Mom of Melissa “Lovely”, Ben “Pickle”, and Brianne “Bri”. Cherished daughter of Geoff and Kay Houghton. Dear sister of the late Micheal. Catey will be greatly missed by many family, friends, nieces, nephews, and her beloved cats. She was an integral part of Extend-A-Family in Toronto for many years. Melissa and Ben will greatly miss their cheerleader and “Water Girl”. Cremation has taken place. A Graveside Service will be held at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, 1895 Main St. W. Hamilton, on Thursday October 10, 2024 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Hamilton Burlington SPCA or Extend-A-Family Toronto.
