John Kamphuis
May 23, 1952 – September 23, 2024
In his 72nd year at Headwaters Hospital, surrounded by family, The Lord peacefully took to Himself His precious child, Our dear husband, father and grandfather.
Beloved and loving husband of Heleene Kamphuis. Father to Julie & Wayne VanLeeuwen, David & Joni Kamphuis, Michael & Alyssa Kamphuis, Ryan & Brittany Kamphuis. Grandfather to Sean, Griffin, Riley, Silas, Nora, Andrew, Elliot, Aras, Marshall, Bernadette, Aubrey, and Fischer.
Brother to Jake and Minnie✝ Kamphuis, Janet and Dan VanLeeuwen, Hilda and John Spanninga, Mary and Gary Nijenhuis, Richard and Kathy Kamphuis, Willy and Betty Kamphuis and Clarence and Carolin Kamphuis. Brother-in-law to Ali and Bill✝ Cracknell, Evelyn and Bill De Groot, Henrietta and Jack Kottelenberg.
The family will receive their family and friends for visitation at the Orangeville Canadian Reformed Church (55 C-Line, Orangeville, ON) on Wednesday September 25, 2024, from 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
If you are unable to attend the service in person, there will be a live stream available at www.orangevillechurch.ca
Funeral service will take place on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at 11:00 AM and the Orangeville Canadian Reformed Church. Reception to following.
A private family interment will take place at Greenwood Cemetery, in Orangeville, ON.
