September 27, 1959 – October 8, 2024
Conrad passed away at his home in Barrie on Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at the age of 65.
He was the son of Norma Fox Wagosh and Leonard Peltier.
He is survived by his son Richard Mitchell.
He will be missed by his sister Patricia of New Jersey,
his auntie Margaret Simon of Wawa
and his uncle Brian Wagosh of Toronto.
Conrad was a man who loved education. He loved his language and reading and was always looking to learn something new. He attended a variety of programs in school and lived on his computer. He has been sober for many years and loved to paint.
Family and friends will gather at the Zhiibaahaasing First Nation Community Centre
Visitation
on Thursday, October 17, 2024 from 3:00pm.
Funeral Service
on Friday, October 18, 2024 at 11:00am.
Burial to follow in the
Zhiibaahaasing First Nation Cemetery.
