Deborah “Debby” Bryant Obituary
Passed away on May 14th at the age of 69. She was born September 17, 1954 in Brampton, ON, a daughter to the late Frank and Gladys (Astill). In addition to her parents, Debby is predeceased by her brother Barry.
Debby is survived by her sister Gloria (James) Witt, nephew Kristoffer (Samantha) Bryant, nephew Michael (Teagan) Bryant, niece Eva (Geoff) Parker, niece Jenny McConnell, nephew Gordon Witt, and nephew Kevin Witt along with great nieces and nephews as well as extended family throughout Canada, the UK and Australia.
Debby was a free spirit who followed the beat of her own drum. She had a big heart and was always willing to help out someone in need.
She enjoyed nature, movies and video games but her true passions were for horses and German Shepherds. She would often tell stories of her beloved Stormy and Max and the adventures they had together.
Friends and family are invited to gather at Jones Funeral Home, 11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown, on Friday, June 28, 2024 from 1- 2 p.m. A memorial service will take place in the chapel at 2 p.m. Interment of Debby and her late brother Barry will be held at the Greenwood Cemetery (100 King Street, Georgetown, ON) at 2:45pm.
A celebration of life gathering will take place at the Georgetown Legion, 127 Mill Street, Georgetown, on Friday, June 28, 2024 from 3:30 pm – 6pm.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks those who wish to do so, to consider making a donation to The Canadian Mental Health Association in Debby’s name.
