McBain, Carol Anne (Co-owner of Always Available Lock Service) –
Passed away peacefully in her sleep, at her home in Norval on Thursday February 29, 2024. Carol, 75 years of age, beloved wife of John for 48 years. Loving mother of Paul McBain (Adam Solari) and Jennifer McBain (David Moore). Doting Grandma of Austin, Jaiden and Alexis. Dear sister of Stephen Cunnliffe and Christopher (Lynn) Cunnliffe. Carol will be sadly missed by her extended family. Carol will be fondly remembered for her hardworking, caring, and fierce nature. She was loving, a mom to everyone and wouldn’t hesitate to give someone the shirt off her own back. Carol loved to plan family gatherings and was a wonderful cook, baking delicious pies and making sure there was more than enough food for everyone. She loved her family and had an especially deep love for her grandchildren, they could do no wrong in her eyes.
Friends and family will be received at the Jones Funeral Home,11582 Trafalgar Road, Georgetown (905) 877-3631 to celebrate Carol’s life on Saturday, March 9, 2024 at 11a.m. Reception to follow in the Trafalgar Room.
Memorial contributions to the SickKids Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
