Linda Jean Nutt
Surrounded by her loving family at Strathroy Middle General Hospital on December 9, 2024, Linda Nutt passed away at the age of 76. Linda was predeceased by her beloved husband Melvin Nutt. She was the cherished sister of the late Allan, the late Chris, Norma (the late Ernie), Pat (the late Murray), the late Jack, and Liz (Bill). Linda was the loving daughter of the late Ivadel (Gilliard) and the late David Emerson. Linda will be missed dearly by her many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, and extended family.
Linda loved watching sports and cheering on her favourite teams. She never missed a game, no matter when or where it was. Linda spent many hours at the casino playing the slot machines with her friend Irene and was often very lucky. She was truly one of a kind. Linda cherished the time spent with her family. Visiting with her special sister Pat and her nieces and nephews Bud, Rob (Kim), Christine, and her friends Aaron and Jessie brought her so much joy. Linda had a big heart and will be missed dearly.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday December 15, at 1:00pm at Pinehill Cemetery. All are welcome to attend.
In memory of Linda, donations may be made to Knox Presbyterian Church in Thedford.
