It is with immense sadness that our family announces the death of our family Matriarch, Sheila. Her unexpected death occurred while on vacation with family in Temagami, Ontario, on September 16th, 2024. Sheila was 75 years old. Sheila will be tremendously missed by her loving husband of 55 years, Frank. As well as her children, Tara Reeves (Dan) and Shane Dickinson (Alison). Predeceased by her daughter Shelby Dickinson – 1988. Beloved Nana of Tyson and Darla Reeves and Blake, Clarke and Dane Dickinson.
She was fortunate to call her siblings ‘friends’; Linda (Herb) Dolinsek, Gary – deceased (Jane) Rogers, Joanne (Kim – deceased) Beirnes, and Lori (Wolf) Wietzke.
Also lovingly remembered by her in-law family; Eleanor Crittenden, Jim (Connie – deceased) Dickinson, Mary (Bryan – deceased) Henderson, Marj Kleingeld (Donnie), Doris (Alf) Thiessen.
Sheila will be missed by many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Sheila was always ‘Family First’; never missing a birthday / anniversary or special occasion. Her grandkids were the light of her life, attending as many of their sporting events as she could. All she asked of them is to be kind, loving, generous, hardworking and the world will be theirs.

A celebration of Sheila’s Life will be held at the Elora Legion Branch 229, 110 Metcalfe Street in Elora, on Monday, September 23rd, 2024 from 3:00 to 7:00pm, with words of remembrance at 6:00pm.
