It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Teresa Bernardi. Teresa passed away peacefully at home on Friday, December 15, 2023 after a courageous battle with cancer at the age of 87. Born in Fonte, Treviso, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Attilio and Maria Franco. Teresa had 5 siblings: Paolina, Assunta, Angelo, Giuseppe and Germano. At the age of 20 she immigrated to Canada where she devoted her life and love to her family.
Teresa is predeceased by her loving husband Romano. She was a dedicated mother and will be missed tremendously by her children Romeo and Giulietta (Julie, Rob). She was a proud Nonna to her beloved grandchildren Ashley, Bradley (Brittany) and Ryan (Natalie). She was also Bisnonna to her ‘angels’ great-grandchildren Carter, Aubree, Leo, Jackson, Liam and Maeve.
Rest in peace, you will always be in our hearts.
