We are saddened to share the news of Charles’ unexpected death at his home on May 25, 2024, at the age of 89. Dear husband of 67 years to Margaret (Murwin). Loving and devoted father of the late Wendell (1964), Brady (Josette), Andrea Keller (Shawn Morris). Treasured grandpa of Jessica (Dan), James (Andrea), Wendell, Ryan (Bessie) and Tayler (Tayler). Great grandpa of Nolan, Lyla, Michael, Alexis, Kate, Ava, Lola, Frankie and Brianna. Brother-in-law of the late James Murwin. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Charles was a devoted father and loving husband. He lived his entire life working on his family’s dairy farm in Colchester North. He was a tireless volunteer at the Es County Steam & Gas Engine Museum, talented woodworker and a devoted friend to many. He used his talents generously. The funeral service will take place at the Bethel-Maidstone United Church on Thursday May 30, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Visiting begins at the church at 9:00 a.m. Interment at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
