June 21st, 1943 – December 17, 2023
Passed lovingly in the arms of her daughter after a short battle with cancer. Predeceased by her parents Bertha (1990), Donat Desjardins (1986) and her husband Kenneth (2002). She was also predeceased by all her siblings, Clifford-2016 (Doreen-2018), Louis-2014 (Pat-2019), Blaise-2006 (Myrna-2013), Lawrence-2013 (Bernadette), Raymond-2014 (Dianne), Florence ‘Fille’-2013 (Bob), Henry-2023 (Carol-2009).
She will be deeply missed by her daughter Barbara and partner David, Lola, Griffin, and Tilly. Cecile will also be missed by her stepdaughter Cindy, granddaughter Carley as well as her godchild Jodie Myers, Jennifer Ferguson, Lisa Birrell, and Michelle Cooper as well as many nieces and nephews.
Cecile is resting at the Kennedy Funeral Home Ltd. (519-776-7378) 128 Talbot St. N, in Es on Saturday, December 23 from 11 a.m. until time of the Life Celebration at 1 p.m. Cecile will be laid to rest at Heavenly Rest Cemetery where she will be reunited with her beloved husband.
