Suddenly at the Smiths Falls Hospital on Tuesday October 17, 2023. Richard Simpson, formerly of Elgin, in his 76th year. Beloved son of the late Gertrude (Andrews) and Gordon Simpson. Dear brother of Norman of Kingston, Roger (Cheryl) of Delta and Eleanor (the late Shawn) McLellan of Newboro. Predeceased by brother; Herbert. Fondly remembered by his 2 nieces, 5 nephews, 2 great-nieces and 2 great-nephews. A Private Family Graveside Service will be held at Lillies Baptist Cemetery.
