Peacefully at Broadview Nursing Home, Smiths Falls on Tuesday January 9, 2024. Marion (Day) Laming of R.R. # 1, Toledo, in her 85th year. Widow of Allen Laming. Predeceased by sisters; Marilyn (Lorne) Running and Valerie Day. Cherished aunt of Terry (Murray) Reil, Gary (Linda) Running, Mary (Rob) Blondin and Bud Day (Tabitha). Also survived by several great-nieces and great-nephews. The family will receive friends at the Scotland Funeral Home, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service in Our Chapel on Tuesday morning at 11 o’clock. Interment Halladay Cemetery, Elgin. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the U.H.K.F. (Cancer Centre) would be appreciated.
