Suddenly at Kingston Health Sciences Centre on Monday January 29, 2024. Lewis Austin, of Elgin, in his 74th year. Beloved husband of Darlene (Scott) Austin. Cherished father of Sam (Barb) Austin and Jennifer (Matt) Green. Dear brother of Lawrence (Clara), Sadie, Donnie (Bea), Wilhemina, Allen, James, Kathy and Avery (Susan). Predeceased by sister; Mary and by brothers; Walter and Willie. Devoted grandfather of Brandon, Brandi, Dalton, Austin, Nicklaus, Parker and great-grandfather of Melody, Brooklyn and Jamieson. Brother-in-law of Annette Scott, Rocky (Sandra) Scott, Mike (Sharon) Scott, Pat Scott and Stephen (Lorna) Scott. Loved by numerous nieces and nephews. A Graveside Service will be held at Opinicon Cemetery at a later date.
Memorial donations made to the U.H.K.F. (K.H.S.C.-Cardiac Unit) would be appreciated by the family.
