Peacefully at Brockville Palliative Care Centre, surrounded by family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Josef-Aimee and Marie-Jeanne Poulin, his brother Paul-Aimee, and sister Renee-Nicole. Survived by his brothers and sisters Anne-Marie, Bernard, Jacqueline, Claude and Roger. He will be dearly missed by his partner Rasa and her sons and their partners Sarunas Kaz(Mercedes) and Aidas (Kathleen). Gerry was known for his kindness and selflessness towards his loved ones and others. A celebration of life will be held at a later date to be announced. Donations in Gerry’s memory can be accepted through Brockville and District Foundation to be forwarded to the Palliative Care Centre.
