Peacefully at the Smiths Falls Hospital on Tuesday February 20, 2024. Fran (Carpenter) Warner of Philipsville, in her 95th year. Beloved wife of Fred Warner. Dear mother of Dale (the late Ray) Adams of Philipsville, Mary Lou (Dave) Morris of Delta and Gord (Hannah) Warner of Victoria, B.C. Predeceased by infant son, Harold and by brother, George Carpenter. Fondly remembered by her grandchildren; Derek, Dwayne (Sonia) and Darrell Adams, Terra, Brock (Bobbi-Jo) and Kimberley Morris (Brad) and Matthew Warner as well as great-grandchildren; Wyatt, Riley, Alex, Henry, Julliya, Max and Marcie. Private Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to the SCOTLAND FUNERAL HOME, 27 Main Street, Elgin, 613-359-5555. As expressions of sympathy, memorial donations made to the University Hospitals Kingston Foundation (Cancer Centre) would appreciated by the family.
