Peacefully at Brockville General Hospital on Saturday January 27, 2024. Allan Kelsey of R.R. # 2, Lyndhurst, in his 88th year. Beloved husband of Velma Jaquith. Dear father of Dianne (Blair) Beach, Joanne (the late Wes) Seffinga, Donna Kelsey, Janet (Rick) Gooch and Kay Bradley. Predeceased by son, David. Dear brother of Barbara Tye. Predeceased by sisters, Joan Tye and Joyce Quinn. Fondly remembered by 11 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by granddaughter; Laura Beth Gooch, great-grandson; Dylan Goedman, son-in-law; Winston Bradley, parents; Vienna (Bell) and Donald Kelsey and step-father; Dan Kelsey. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at the Scotland Funeral Home, 27 Main Street, Elgin on Wednesday from 1-3 and 6-8 p.m. Funeral Service in Our Chapel on Thursday afternoon at 1 o’clock. Interment Olivet Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations made to the Parish of Leeds Rear or the charity of your choice would be appreciated by the family.
