Peacefully in Burlington on June 20th, 2024, one day after his 89th Birthday Celebration. Loving husband of Patricia Margaret and the late Stephanie Ruth (d. 1991). Predeceased by his parents Dennis Scotney Welbourn and Martha Jean Welbourn. Loving and devoted father of David Scotney Welbourn and Philip John Welbourn, loving father to Trish’s sons Daniel (Linda) Stinson and Martin (Rhonda) Stinson. “Grandpa” to grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Served with the RCAF 424 Squadron. Retired from Cooper Construction following forty years of service. Lifelong Salvation Army Soldier. Happy to volunteer for many years wherever he saw the need. Visitation will be held at The Salvation Army Meadowlands, 187 Stone Church Rd., Ancaster, on June 29th at 10a.m. followed by a funeral service at 11a.m., reception to follow.
