LOBB: MURRAY WEBSTER
Murray Webster Lobb passed away peacefully at Stratford General Hospital on October 12 with his children, Heather and Jason at his side.
Cherished grandfather to Olivia and Anneka Decker and father-in-law of Boris. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Don Lobb and Lillie Ann Morris, Jeanette and Irvin Martin, and Gord Lobb. Lovingly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Murray was predeceased by his wife, Roba (2009). Also, predeceased by his brother, Hugh (1987); sister-in-law, Martje (2012); his brother, Bruce (2014); and sister-in-law, Paula (2019).
Murray was an active member of the community. He enjoyed learning ballroom dance. Olivia and Anneka joined him this past year. He enjoyed singing in the choir at Clinton United Church. But most of all, he loved working on the trails and having them just so.
Friends and family will be received at Falconer Funeral Home 153 High Street, Clinton on Monday, October 16 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.
A funeral service will be held at Clinton United Church,105 Ontario Street, Clinton on Tuesday, October 17 at 2pm. Following will be the interment at Clinton Cemetery and then a reception will be held at Clinton United Church.
As expressions of sympathy memorial donations can be made to Clinton United Church, Heart and Stroke Foundation, and the Canadian Cancer Society.
