Glenna Caroline (Gateman) McMillan of Hanover, formerly of Aurora, passed away at Hanover & District Hospital on Saturday, July 13, 2024, in her 81st year.
Cherished sister of Carol Calhoun of Chatham, Ruth Beckenhauer of Georgetown, and Jim (Anne) of Elmwood, and sister-in-law Doreen Gateman of Hanover. Glenna will be dearly missed by her many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her devoted husband Bruce (2016), sister Eleanor McCaslin (Buck Pedersen), brothers Gerald (Iris) Gateman and Don (Janice) Gateman, brothers-in-law Jack Calhoun and Murray Edwards, and her parents Milton and Irene (Ellis) Gateman.
A private graveside service honouring Glenna’s life will be held at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Elmwood.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Hanover & District Hospital Foundation, Walkerton & District Hospital Foundation, or Saugeen Hospice Inc. would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
