Marilyn Smith passed away peacefully with her loving family by her side. Predeceased by husband, Roger. Cherished mother of David Ameriault, Janet Deschenes (the late Guy), and the late Karen Smith. Proud grandmother of 7 grandchildren including the late David Deschenes, and 16 great-grandchildren.
Marilyn was a hard working woman over the years. She enjoyed 27 years of service at Fram in Stratford. She’ll be fondly remembered and truly missed by her many friends and colleagues at Fram. Marilyn also enjoyed an early retirement, spending time with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was loved and will be missed by her many extended family and friends.
Family would like to give special thanks to the staff, PSWs, nurses and Dr. Atoa at Fairfield Park for their loving, personal care.
Cremation has taken place followed by a private family graveside committal service at Riverview Cemetery in Wallaceburg. If desired, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. Arrangements entrusted to Life Transitions Burial and Cremation Inc.
