Myers, George ‘Bea’ Clarence – Passed away peacefully at West Haldimand General Hospital, Hagersville on Saturday, May 25, 2024 in his 73rd year, surrounded by his family. George will be missed by his beloved wife of 36 years, Sheree Myers (nee Scriven). Loving father of Kyle and Kerri Myers. Brother of Larry ‘Butch’ (Peggy), Dwight, Denise (Mark) Cleaver. Brother in-law of Cindy (Vern) Schaeffer, Scott Scriven, Chris Scriven. George will be fondly remembered by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Virgil (1995) and Audrey (2021) Myers, In-laws Clifford (2004) and Carol (2012) Scriven and brothers-in-law Tony Scriven (2007) & Ritch Scriven (2010). George was a 35 year employee at the Canadian National Railway. After early retirement,boredom struck and he went to work with Green Horizons Sod Farms (Hamilton Sod). In keeping with George’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Family and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 1 – 4 pm at MILLER FUNERAL CHAPEL, 28 Caithness Street East, Caledonia, Ontario. In memory of George, donations to Canadian National Institute for the Blind would be appreciated by the family. Friends are invited to send condolences and sign the Book of Memories at www.millerfuneralchapel.ca.
