Passed away at the Brockville General Hospital on Sunday, October 1, 2023, at the age of 72 years. Husband of the late Karen (Moore) Race and cherished father of Bob Race Jr. (Cathy Wilson). Dear grandfather of Carter and Maddox Rennick and Emma and Jack Wilson. He will be sadly missed by his best friend Joan Ruman. Predeceased by his daughter Bridget Race, his sisters Nancy, Dawn Rose Race and Holly Joan Race, and by his parents Marjorie (Leonard) and Ernie Race.
A private graveside service and interment will take place at Oakland Cemetery. A celebration of Life will be held at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Heart and Stroke Foundation will be gratefully acknowledged. Send a message of condolence or share a special thought of Bob on the Memory Wall above.
