It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and aunt, Beverly Desjardins in her 84th year, peacefully at Brockville General Hospital, on Monday, April 8, 2024.
Beverly was a loving mother and leaves behind her 6 children: Sherry Stevenson and her spouse Bradly, Cathy Desjardins and her spouse Kim, Micheal Desjardins, Robert Desjardins and his late spouse Donna, Rene Desjardins and his spouse Monique, and Richard Desjardins and his spouse Julieta.
Missed by her siblings Mary Willison and her late spouse Wayne, Margert Warren and her spouse Warden, Doris Britch and her late spouse Eldon (Ben).
Beverly was predeceased by her husband John Desjardins, her parents Robert James Findley and Alice (Coville) and siblings William James Findlay and his spouse Vernica Marie, Beatrice Sauvé and her spouse Rene.
Also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Interment and celebration of life for Beverly will be held at the Mallorytown Cemetery (1550 County Road 2, Mallorytown, Ontario K0E 1R0) on Saturday May 11, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
The family would like to extend heartfelt thanks to the staff and volunteers of the Brockville General Hospital Palliative Care Program for their kindness and compassion during our mother’s final days.
In memory of Beverly, donations made to Brockville and District Hospital Foundation – Palliative Care Program will be gratefully acknowledged by the family.
