Myna Jean Peters Obituary
Myna Jean Peters
Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health Bowmanville on Wednesday November 13, 2024 at the age of 80 years.
Beloved wife of the Late Terry. Dear mother of Christine (Dan) Edgar. Loving grandma of Kyle (Daniela) and Amanda (Dylan Sher). Loving great grandma to Violet. Dear sister to Maureen, Richard, and John.
Former employee of the Land Registry Office for over 25 years. She adored her family and was a huge Blue Jays fan. She traveled from Scotland to Canada on the Queen Mary and grew up in Whitby until moving to Oshawa after marrying Terry.
Special thanks to all the staff at Myna’s retirement home, Vedanta Living, for the care they gave her and special thanks to Nurse Samantha at Lakeridge Bowmanville for her compassion and care she showed us all.
A memorial visitation will be held on Saturday November 23, 2024 from 3:30-5:30pm at the Northcutt Elliott Funeral Home 53 Division Street Bowmanville.
