Forgie, David “Donald”
Passed away at Ross Memorial Hospital on October 19th, 2024, in his 90th year. Beloved husband of Anne Marie Forgie (Correia). Loving father to Roy (Jenn), Rick (Courtney), Tony (Andrea), Steve (Cathy), Lynda (Rob) and Ken (Anita). Donald was a dear grandfather and friend to many. He will be missed by many more family and friends. Donald was a big part of the community and the local yacht club. He had a deep passion for sailing that he shared with his wife Anne, they explored lots of places together. They also had an enthusiasm for animals and adored adding furry friends to the family. Donald loved spending time with family, playing songs on the piano, and enjoyed making his family smile with his weather reports.
Visitation will be held at THE HENDREN FUNERAL HOMES –MONK CHAPEL, 6 Helen Street, Bobcaygeon, on Tuesday November 5th from 12 pm – 2 pm with a funeral service to follow at 2 pm. A reception will be held in the fellowship Room of the funeral home, following the service.
