Obituary of Kathy D. Phillips
Phillips: Kathy D. (née Scafe) –
A resident of Chatham, Kathy Phillips passed away at the Chatham-Kent Health Alliance, Chatham Campus on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at the age of 66.
Born in Chatham, Kathy was the daughter of the late Clare and Mary Lou (née Gray) Scafe.
Dearly missed by her former husband Brad Phillips and friend Terry Pryor.
Predeceased by her brothers Clare Scafe Jr. and David Scafe.
Kathy is survived by her canine companion Gracie.
Also missed by nieces, nephews, friends and extended family.
Kathy was a natural athlete who enjoyed any and all sports and the people who played them.
As per Kathy’s wishes, cremation has taken place and a private family interment will be held at Evergreen Cemetery, Blenheim at a later date.
Donations made in memory of Kathy to the Pet and Wildlife Rescue would be appreciated by the family.
