Lawrence Bruce Barber
It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Lawrence, at his residence in Smiths Falls, on Sunday October 27th, 2024. Lawrence Bruce Barber formerly of Athens, at the age of 68 years. Loving father of Natasha Barber and her partner James Hawkins. Special brother of Joan Healey (Richard Smith), Michael Barber, Terry Barber, Bernie Barber (Cindy) and Kevin Barber (Sheila). Predeceased by four siblings, Christopher, Dwayne, Ann Healey and Brenda Chant. Also predeceased by two sisters-in-law and one brother-in-law, Dianne Barber, Jeannette Barber and Blaine Healey. Survived by two brothers-in-law, Gene Healey and Blair Chant. Lawrence will be sadly missed by numerous nieces, nephews and all that knew him. Predeceased by his parents Herbert Barber and the former Kathleen Cobey.
Relatives and friends are invited to a Celebration of Life, at the Joshua Bates Centre Athens, on Tuesday November 12th, 2024 from 1-4 p.m.
