Evan’s Obituary
LEBLANC, Evan John – Age 60 of Belleville formerly of Massachusetts and Alaska, passed away peacefully in Yarmouth on January 20, 2024. Born in Yarmouth on March 13, 1963 to Walter Francis LeBlanc and Nancy May (Doucet) Comeau.
Evan was predeceased by his grandparents and father, Walter “Wally” LeBlanc.
He is survived by his mother, Nancy Comeau; sisters, Bev Baker, Allison Nickerson, Holly Nickerson; brother, Eric Leblanc (Connie), Ronald Leblanc and Andrew Nickerson; many nieces and nephews.
Evan proudly served the US Military. His favorite places were any where in nature, near water to fish or in the woods to hunt. Evan enjoyed the company of his Belleville and Alaskan buddies.
The family of Evan would like to send a special thanks to Ralph, Allan, Leonard and his Alaskan friends (Bill and Steve) for their friendship and kindness.
Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Huskilson’s Funeral Home, Yarmouth. A burial will be held at a later date. Donations in Evan’s memory may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. To leave messages of condolences for the family, please visit www.huskilson.net
