Clifford’s Obituary
AMIRAULT, Clifford François – Age 88 of Yarmouth, passed away at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital on June 28, 2024. Born in Surette’s Island on August 12, 1935, he was a son of the late François “Frank” and Celina (Frotten) Amirault.
Clifford is survived by his loving wife of 65 years, Ada Amirault; children, Avery Amirault, Perry (Phyllis) Amirault and Evan (Monissa) Amirault; grandchildren, Jessica, Meleena, Thomas, Daniel, Emily and Suzanne; 4 great grandchildren; and his favorite fur baby, Molly.
He was predeceased by his siblings, Eddie, Jean-Pierre, Beatrice, Marie Blanche, Marie, Helen and Jeannette.
Clifford’s family would like to give a special thank you to the Tri-County VON Branch, Yarmouth Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit, Yarmouth Home Care and the nurses and doctors on 4 North at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital.
Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home in Yarmouth. There will be no visitation by request. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, July 2, 2024 at 11 a.m. in Saint Ambrose Co-Cathedral Catholic Church, Yarmouth. Family flowers only please. Donations in memory of Clifford may be made to the Tri-County VON Branch or the Gilles Boudreau and Friends Cancer Help Fund.
