1933-2024
CROFT,
June Alice (Dunham) – 91, of Blomidon, Kings Co., passed
away in Valley Regional Hospital, Kentville, on Thursday, July 4,
2024. Born in Hall’s Harbour, she was the daughter of the
late Burpee and Elise (Morrison) Dunham.
Leaving
behind her precious cat Mercury and is survived by her daughter,
Sandra Belmont, Blomidon; son, David Croft, Toronto, ON; grandson,
Quentin, Toronto, ON; nieces, Susan (Malcom) Allan, New Minas;
Kathleen Colpitt, Alberta; nephews, Wade (Susan) Dunham, Kentville;
Peter (Marion) Croft, Digby; great-nephews, Michael and Christian
Croft; as well as close friends: Graham, Joan, Meaghan and Victoria
Cluff, Elinor Woolaver, Effie Lowe, Melody Power and Sharon
Cluff.
She was
predeceased by her husband of 60 years, Gerald Peter Croft; son,
Michael; sisters, Joyce, Helen and Margaret; and brothers, Donald,
Frank, Harold, Douglas and Claude.
The
family would like to thank the doctors and nurses of Medical A for
being so kind and compassionate in the care of their mother in her
final weeks of life.

Cremation has taken place and there
will be no visitation. A graveside service will be announced at a
later date. Donations in memory may be made to the Canning
Volunteer Fire Department, Valley Regional Hospital or the Heart and
Stroke Foundation. Funeral arrangements
have been entrusted to the White Family Funeral Home and Cremation
Services, Kentville.
