1958-2023
The passing of Kevin Russell Fleet occurred unexpectedly at
the Royal Victoria Regional Hospital, Barrie ON on December 12, 2023.
Born in St. Stephen NB on May 3, 1958, he was the son of Janet R.
(Barrett) Fleet and the late Kevin Bernard Fleet.
Kevin is survived by his wife, Kim Fleet of Barrie ON; his
children: Jonathan Fleet (Sierra Maraj-Fleet), Nolan Fleet (Laura
Taylor) and Sonya Ruthven (Jason Ruthven) all of Ontario; his
grandchildren: Decklan, Nolan, Alessia and Aria; his mother:
Janet Fleet of Utopia NB; his brothers: Timothy Fleet and Jamie Fleet
both of Utopia NB; special uncle: Thomas Barrett (Janice) of Back Bay
NB; several uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his father, Kevin Bernanrd Fleet, Kevin was
predeceased by his grandparents: Carmina and Russell Barrett and
Eileen and John Fleet.
Kevin was a retired Master Corporal having served with the
Canadian Air Force for many years.
A service for Kevin will be held in Barrie ON on Tuesday,
December 19, 2023. A memorial service will be held at the Sea View
Full Gospel Church, Back Bay NB at a date and time to be announced. In
Kevin’s memory, donations to the local Food Bank or to a
charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the
family.
