Roland Charette, 87, of
Dieppe, passed away on Tuesday September 24, 2024, at the Dr.
Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born in Edmundston, NB, he was the son of the
late Hervé and Marie-Anne (Clavette)
Charette.
Before his retirement, Roland
worked in sales and marketing.
He is survived by his loving
wife of 61 years, Raymonde nee Thériault; a son, Marc
(Nathalie) of Dieppe; four grandchildren: Sebastien (Lucie Thibodeau),
Martin, Alexandre Boudreau (Émilie Vautour), and Anabelle
Boudreau; three brothers: Robert (late Micheline) of Montreal, QC,
Georges of Laval, QC, and André of Rosemère, QC;
two sisters: Rachelle Halverson of Pequot Lakes, Minnesota, USA and
Francine Pelletier of Madawaska, Maine, USA, as well as a brother
in-law, Lucien Landry of Madawaska, Maine
USA.
He was predeceased by three
sisters: Patricia Boucher, Murielle Deruelle, and Joanne
Landry
The family will receive
condolences at Frenette Funeral and Cremation Centre, 396 Main Street,
Shediac (506-532-3297) from where the funeral service will be
celebrated on Wednesday October 2 at 11:00 am. Visiting hours are
Tuesday from 2 to 4 pm and 7 to 9 pm and Wednesday from 9:45 am to
10:45 am. Interment will be in the Frenette Columbarium In memory of
Roland, a contribution to the CHU Dumont Foundation (oncology) would
be appreciated.
Funeral

Cremation Centre, Shediac.
